Abstract

|
Erythromelagia is a rare disorder characterized with erythema, intense burning pain, and increased skin temperature. The pathomechanism of erythromelagia is controversial. We report a case of erythromelagia who showed small nerve fiber dysfunction detected by quantitative sudomotor axon reflex test.
